Mike Quade on Cubs' Plans for 2011

The hiring of Mike Quade as Cubs manager caused quite a stir in Chicago, as legendary Cub Ryne Sandberg was passed over for the job. Quade's credentials for the position were bolstered by his 24-13 record down the stretch in 2010.
