There wasn't much intrigue involving the Reds' negotiations with Bronson Arroyo on a multi-year deal. Both sides said before the season was even finished that they wanted to get it done, and they apparently have.Arroyo has agreed to a new three-year contract that will pay him $35 million, FanHouse's Ed Price confirmed Friday. FoxSports.com first reported the deal. The new contract covers the 2011-13 seasons, with the first year superseding the $13 million option for next season the Reds had picked up previously.
"I enjoy it here," Arroyo told the Cincinnati Enquirer's John Fay. "I didn't want to break the bank.
