Leah Ayers Charged After Hacking Grady Sizemore Nude Photos

Leah Ayers, a 19-year-old St. Cloud State student, has been charged with two counts of unauthorized computer access after she was found to have hacked the e-mail of Grady Sizemore's girlfriend and stolen nude pictures of the MLB star.

"These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend's email," Sizemore said in the wake of the November 2009 incident. "It's now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can't say anything more."

SIzemore had taken the photos on his phone and sent them to Brittany Binger, a Playboy playmate. According to court papers, Binger's e-mail account was hacked four times in August 2009 in order to steal the photos, which were widely distributed over the internet.
