Joe Maddon Speaks About Rays' Makeover

One of the teams with the most to lose at the Winter Meetings is the Tampa Bay Rays. Carl Crawford, Rafael Soriano, and Carlos Pena all seem destined for new teams, so the defending AL East champs should look quite different in 2011.
