Some pitching prospects arrive in the big leagues and never quite pan out. Others make the necessary adjustments over time to become successful players. Then there are players like Mat Latos and Trevor Cahill who come along quicker and mature rapidly before our eyes.The two young standouts have had outstanding 2010 campaigns for their respective clubs, and their consistency in just their second big-league season is exceptionally rare.
