MLB FanHouse covered Cliff Lee's move to the Phillies from top to bottom, but there were still some stones we left unturned. Below, enjoy our Lee Leftovers Roundtable.Andrew Johnson: It's been a few days since Cliff Lee shocked just about everyone by agreeing to a deal with the Phillies, and the baseball world is still reeling. The fallout is immense and multifaceted, and we've covered many of the highlights, including what the Yankees and Rangers will do now, what Lee gave up to return to a place he loved and where the Phillies' rotation could rank historically, but let's dig a little deeper and look at some of the subtler things at work here.
What do you guys find to be the most interesting thing about Lee's move to Philadelphia, and why?
Josh Alper: I'm finding it fascinating that the spin on this is that Lee put something ahead of money. He's making $24 million for each of the next five, and assuming that sixth year happens he's given up nothing financially for a chance to play in a place that he loves. I realize everyone hates the Yankees and their economic advantages, but there seems to be a serious fairy tale at work here.
